Novotel Samator Hotel
We are pleased to announce that accommodation arrangements have been secured at Novotel Samator East Surabaya for attendees traveling from outside East Java as well as international delegates. The hotel offers upscale guestrooms, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, fitness center, outdoor pool, and on-site dining with quick access to the conference venue via the MERR arterial highway.

An official partner 4-star hotel option located near the campus corridor. Negotiated corporate rates, booking promo codes, and reservation procedures will be announced once finalized.

Conveniently located directly adjacent to Petra Christian University. With fully-equipped accommodations, integrated dining options, and close vicinity to the campus, it is an optimal choice for delegates who prefer lodging within comfortable walking distance.

How to Reach the Venue from Accommodation
Conference sessions are held at Q Building (Gedung Q), Petra Christian University, located at Jl. Siwalankerto No. 121–131, Surabaya. Below are recommended transit options from official hotels:
Ride-Hailing & Taxi (Recommended)
Download and use Grab or Gojek on your smartphone, or request a Blue Bird Taxi at the hotel concierge desk.

- Estimated Time: ~12–15 minutes from Novotel Samator
- Estimated Fare: IDR 30,000 – 50,000 (~$2.00 – $3.50 USD)
Conference Shuttle Bus
The organizing committee may provide scheduled morning shuttle service from official conference partner hotels directly to Gedung Q.
- Morning Pick-Up: ~07:30 AM at Hotel Main Lobby
- Evening Return: Following reception & dinner sessions
- Confirmation: Exact timetables will be provided upon badge collection
Driving Directions
For delegates arriving via private vehicle or car rental:
- Take Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno (MERR) southwards toward Rungkut
- Turn west onto Jl. Jemur Andayani, then turn into Jl. Siwalankerto
- Visitor car parking is available on campus at Gedung Q
